    How to install BWA

    Hi,
    I downloaded bwa-0.6.2.tar.bz2 and extarced this. Now I have a bwa 0.6.2. folder full of files, but don't know how to install this?
    I tried commands I heard might work:

    ./configure
    make

    but with no success.
