  • whole genome trios

Aside from the two trios in the 1KG project, are there other whole genome trios that are publicly available.

If there other datasets such as exome trios, I would be interested as well.

    Thanks for any advice...

Complete genomics datasets has a couple:

The 69 genome data set includes:

    A Yoruban trio
    A Puerto Rican trio
A 17-member CEPH pedigree across three generations
A diversity panel representing unrelated individuals from nine different populations

Edit: I'm not very sure if these are different from the 1KG project though.

I appreciate it. In this particular case I am looking for non-complete genomics data.

I guess I am hoping for Illumina data. It is fine if they are 1KG samples, and frankly I would be interested in any available genome data, not just trios. And to be clear, I am aware of the 1000G dataset. I am simply looking for new data that sequences these samples as well as other using 100bp reads and lots of depth.

      Thanks for any input!
