Hi all,
We have performed Wholegenome sequencing(WGS) of dog, to identify the mutation associated with a phenotype. As the WGS data generated millions of variants it has become extremely difficult to identify the causative mutation.
We were interested to locate the homozygosity block across the genome which would eventually help to find the causative mutation in the homozygous interval.
Could someone suggest any method to calculate the homozygosity score to locate an interval?
Any help is highly appreciated.
