    cummeRbund MDS/PCA gene list

    Hi,
    I've run both the MDSplot and PCAplot on some data in cummeRbund. I was wondering if it is possible to get the list of genes that are contributing to PC1 and PC2?

    Well, one could argue that all genes contribute to every principal component, just to varying degrees.

    I should add, that what it sounds like you're looking for is factor analysis, the utility of which is questionable unless you have quite a few samples.
