  • What file type is this?

Can someone tell me what file type this is and what column 1 and 7 represent? I've tried to track down a 8-column file type to match this and can't seem to find one.

    1 - chr1 1000164 TCCAACCC IIIIIIII 128 1:T>C,7:G>T
    1 - chr1 1000545 TCCAACCC IIIIIIII 130 2:T>C,7:G>T
    1 - chr1 1000574 TCCAACCC IIIIIIII 392 1:G>C,2:A>C
    1 + chr1 1000610 GGGTTGGA IIIIIIII 133 0:T>G,7:G>A
    1 - chr1 1000807 TCCAACCC IIIIIIII 50 3:G>A
    1 - chr1 1000822 TCCAACCC IIIIIIII 151 0:T>C,6:G>C

    Thanks in advance.

That looks Bowtie-ish, except for the first column.

Column 1 in bowtie should be a unique name for the read, and column 7 would be how many times that sequence aligned to other place in the genome

I was thinking maybe Bowtie, but wasn't sure.

      Thanks.
