RNA secondary structure formats

Hello all,

I have following names of RNA molecules: HOTAIR, TETp4p6, TETp9_9, SRA, B2, U1.
Where I can find their structure formats? (.dp, .ct or .bp).
Where I can find synonyms of their name?

One important hint is, that you will have a hard time finding any information without information about the organism, where you got those names from and all the background that really makes the information.
p4-p6 is a domain found in tetrahymena ribozymes (which could account for TETp4p6). But I will not do any more guesswork.
