Suffix Tree in Mummer

Hi

I was using mummer tool which seems to be performing at par with high end servers.

I was thinking to save the suffix tree which mummer generates for an input and then redirect the tool to the prebuilt suffix tree for further investigations rather than letting the tool to build the suffix tree again.

I am fairly new to this so any help will make my study easier.
