How many replicates, how many reads for S. pombe RNA-seq

Hi,
I am planning to do RNA-seq on S. pombe. I would like to have a good overview of how many reads and replicates do I need to get confidential sequencing.
Please leave your suggestions or link to any well explained publications for the issue.
