I have tried velvetoptimiser...and now I got my results but I am not able to understand them at all. in my log file there are so many cov values. I have given -s (lower end of hash value) = 19 and -e (upper end of hash value) = 31 but it's showing assembly result only for hash length 31 though assembly was performed on hash lengths from 19 to 31.

please explain it or give me links to understand this result.

What you are seeing are the assembly results from each hash step. Look at the end of the log file for the "best assembly" section where "best" means best N50 value by default.
