    Annotation and org abbreviation for S. pombe in GAGE.

    Hi,
    I have established gage pathway on my computer. But I cannot figure out the package I need to have instead of the one mentioned in the manual "TxDb.Hsapiens.UCSC.hg19.knownGene
    " and also later for kegg and pathway analysis what is the organism two letter abbreviation?
