TASSEL install

Hi,
I downloaded tassel4-standalone and extracted this. Now I have a tassel4-standalone folder full of files.
when I running
.../run_pipeline.pl

Error: Could not find or load main class net.maizegenetics.pipeline.TasselPipeline

Change the following line to use a ; instead of a :.
my $CP = join(":", @fl);

…/run_pipeline.pl
Error:…/run_pipeline.pl: Permission denied

Any help is much appreciated! Thank you.
