Hi I have a KEGG gene abundance data sets from sequencing. I am looking for the genes can resist high salinity. However, I don't the names of the genes/functions. So, I don't know where I should start.
I was wondering if any one knows any website have the classification of genes. For example. it might have the list of all genes potentially responsible for resisting high salinity, high temperature, heavy metals, etc.
I am worried about missing the genes I am interested in when I go over the sheet.
So, I was wondering how do you guys normally do this. If you know roughly what kind of functions/gene that you are interested in, how do you find all of them.
Thanks
