    Genotyping help?

    Hi there,

    I'm extremely new to bioinformatics so please excuse my silly questions!

    I have sequencing data from various sequentially taken clinical Aspergillus samples- I need to verify the genotypes of these samples to be closely related.

    Is there a straightforward way to do this using the sequences I have?
