I'm now analyzing MNase-seq data. But I'm confusing about the simulation method of MNase-seq reads. Because MNase has cut bias for AT-rich sequence. So I should simulate the sequencing data to mimic observed cleavage biases and length distribution. Is there any software that can be used to do this kind of simulation? Thank you very much!
