  • How can I select my Chip-seq genes (targets) in my Rna-seq data?

Hi, I want to select my target genes found in my ChIP-seq data (Genes Names by HOMER) within my Cuffdiff output list of differentially expressed genes (RNA-seq data), so I can select cufflinks genes ids of target genes (“XLOC_” ids), selecting the lines table from my cuffdiff file where are the specific target genes names, so I can create heatmaps of these genes using RNA-seq data in R. Can someone give me a simple solution?
I just want select gene names lines in my cuffdiff table

    Thank you!

Quality Control Essentials for Next-Generation Sequencing Workflows
    by seqadmin

Like all molecular biology applications, next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows require diligent quality control (QC) measures to ensure accurate and reproducible results. Proper QC begins at nucleic acid extraction and continues all the way through to data analysis. This article outlines the key QC steps in an NGS workflow, along with the commonly used tools and techniques.

    Nucleic Acid Quality Control
Preparing for NGS starts with isolating the...
