no p_id

Hello all,

After running cuffcompare, I see the tss_id attribute but NOT the p_id attribute in my .gtf file. I have tried running cuffcompare with the -s option and still no luck. I am using Homo_sapiens.GRChr37.60 from Ensembl as a reference file. I would appreciate any assistance!
