Need help running Mosaik on Linux as well as windows.

Hi all,

On Linux

When i am trying to sort my alignment with MosaikSort after running MosaikAligner, i am getting

Error: Segmentation Fault

Why?

What should be the optimum hash size for 454 Titanium data?

On Windows

After Running MosaikSort, when i try to run MosaikAssemble it gives me,

writing assebly header... ERROR: Unable to open the ace header stream for writing.

Why?

For both system i am running the same 454 Titanium data, FYI.
