Hello,
I have a few questions about the GGW phase of MaSurCa, which is taking a long time (3 weeks and running on a 550 Mb insect genome).
- Can I remove some genome.cpk files that it keeps generating every two days? I'm running out of disk space.
- I suspect the long run time is due to some insert sizes of certain (very small) Sanger libraries that I'm using, as these appear incorrect. I'd like to remove these libraries and relaunch the CGW phase. Is that possible, or will CA complain that I removed some data that it used for overlapping? I'd rather not redo all the CA steps.
Thanks.
Jean
