Extract Gap and Mismatch From MAF alignment Output

Dear Experts,

Is there any tools that extract gap and mismatch From MAF alignment output
as well as identifying the position where the mismatch happen both in target and query sequence.

I don't mean SNP/Indels prediction tool.
