Hello, I'm trying to run Tablet Assembly Visualization in my remote machine from my local terminal. It doesn't works. Suggestion? Alternatively, how can I import the BAM files in my local device without move direclty the data? Thanks.

Try hosting your BAM files on the remote machine. Install Apache or some other web server and dynamically link the BAM files and their .bai index files (made with "samtools index file.bam"). So your bam file will be some thing:

Open Tablet or IGV and then open the file as a URL on your local machine. If you have the file hosted and your local machine can see the URL then this should work perfectly.

What exactly "doesn't work"? Do you get an error message.

Are you using X-Windows for this? When you ssh into the server at the terminal, make sure to include the -X argument.
