phastCons scores

Hello Everyone,

I am doing annotation for some SNPs , and I am using Annovar for that.

Does any one know what the columns in hg18_phastConsElements44way file are ?
And what do the phastCons scores say?

when I do annotation according that database , the output file has rows like this :
mce44way Score=388;Name=lod=50 1 67478546 67478546 G A comments: rs11209026 (R381Q), a SNP in IL23R associated with Crohn's disease

what are the Score=388 and Name=lod=50 ?
