    As I used USA and China services till now, I'm in searching of good service for smallRNA-seq and mRNA-seq in Europe?

    Thanks!

      We aren't based in Europe, but would you consider MGRC for this work? We have been carrying out a considerable amount of RNASeq and microRNA sequencing this year, and if you require bioinformatics support we have some great pipelines for analysis and presentation of results.

          The quality of the data is not bad in my experience, but they are very slow both in terms of communication, and delivery times.

              We have tried them and their result was very good. In our experience, their price is competitive and they are very quick in terms of communication.

                We opened last year but are visible on public only since few months. We have very good expertize in RNAseq and made already successfull run for small RNAseq.

                Have a look at

                And feel free to contact us if you are interested.

                  BlueSEQ's NGS exchange has several European providers. With the exchange you can compare bids from several of them, allowing you to choose based on price, turnaround time, expertise, etc.

                      Why don't you disclose that it's you? Further, it's quite sketchy that your name isn't in at least some of the publications that you list here (for example the second and the third)..

                          @rhinoceros

                          Its strange that despite participating in the author misrepresentation thread discussion http://seqanswers.com/forums/showthr...ghlight=author , you still are asking me about authorship concerns for some of the papers I listed. Please read that thread again for the remarks I pointed out and if there could be a solution for the problem.

                          And it is fairly easy to see that its me itself by 'narain' being mentioned in the email ID I listed. Do get back to me if you have some data to be analyzed on cloud.

                            Hi Vebaev,
                            Our team takes in quite a few samples from Europe over the last 5 years.
                            Please contact me and happy to provide example projects and references. Our European projects are a great success (with guaranteed quality and turnaround) and the satisfaction has won us multi-year European sequencing contracts.

                            My best.

                                Many organizations study rare diseases, but few have a mission as impactful as Rady Children’s Institute for Genomic Medicine (RCIGM). “We are all about changing outcomes for children,” explained Dr. Stephen Kingsmore, President and CEO of the group. The institute’s initial goal was to provide rapid diagnoses for critically ill children and shorten their diagnostic odyssey, a term used to describe the long and arduous process it takes patients to obtain an accurate...
