Does anyone know of a quicker alternative to PCR/agarose gel when QCing bisulphite conversion in large numbers of samples?

I'm mostly posting to also follow this thread since i've also struggled with this.
I've tried the Qubit RNA kit, the zymo bisulfite converted control and just ballparking it based on the expected recovery %. Honestly, qPCR setup might be the best high throughput method for quantitation for you but it didn't quite fulfill all of my projects requirements
