A leading scientist from Ontario Institute for Cancer Research and the International Cancer Genome Consortium included in his slide an explicit acknowledgment of dependence on SEQanswers resources for their work. Thought you’d like to know.
In a brief talk I gave on standards development, I demonstrated some current discussions about standard terminology found recently on this forum and also reviewed some of the supplementary data from our Bioinformatics paper about SEQanswers, in particular highlighting our international readership data.
The FGED board members want SEQanswers community feedback on standards issues as well, and have agreed to post and monitor a threadforum here where such questions and discussions may be posted and addressed by FGED and others.
