I am trying to learn how to process RNA-seq files so, that I can look at my
biological data (also I assume, this is what almost everyone else is doing too).
Initially, I have a 10 sample paired experiment in which I am trying to
extract the relevant gene IDs and expression data from the cufflinks/ cuffcompare data files so, that I can run a paired t-test on the data.
