VERY VERY new to NGS

Hi all,

I'm a grad student who is starting to tackle NGS. I'm very excited but also overwhelmed by the amount of information out there. Can anyone suggest a good place to start getting info (beside this forum), especially in terms of RNA seq analysis? Thanks!
