Hi all,
I'm Gungor studying biology as an undergraduate at METU, Turkey and I'm interested in bioinformatics so I'm doing an internship at DKFZ, Heidelberg.
I'm new to the field and also to most of the tools and programming languages. Currently I have a project that includes bwa, megablast and scripting in Perl. So I have lots of questions.
This forum has answered lots of my questions already with the past threads. So thank you all for maintaining such a forum.
