Hi all,
I'm a post-doc at Penn State University. A microbiologist/molecular biologist by training, I somehow got mixed up with a bunch of biophysicists that had already started a project to use RNA-seq to do differential gene expression analysis. It should be an interesting project (now that I've convinced them to do biological replicates), but most of my experience is in microarray analysis, so I may be looking for advice as we start getting sequence data back.
