First I'm complitly new, not only here but general in writing stuff in forums. So if I drop a brick, please tell me
I'm currently working with pbwa on a comutercluster and wonder if there is a way to pipe the output from pbwa samse/sampe directly to samtools view to get a bamfile in one step. With the regular bwa on a regular machine it is no problem of course, but with pbwa I just don't get it.
Any advices?
