Hi everyone,
I've been a lurker on this forum for quite a while and used it both as an excellent reference and a textbook (quite literally) on next-gen sequencing. Our lab did some RNASeq analyses (in collaboration) before, but the plan is to use that technology more extensively in the future - and I've been given a task to learn as much as possible about different Seq-technologies. I guess I am a semi-total newb, but I hope that one day I'll be able to competently help others, in addition to only asking questions.
With best regards,
Bero.
