Veteran software engineer, scaling up on bioinformatics

Greetings, all.

I've been working on next-gen sequence analysis for the past year or so and am still learning the ropes.

Currently prototyping a gatk-based analysis pipeline to handle massive amounts of data from 454, Illumina, and Ion Torrent.

I'm based in San Francisco.
