We are seeking software engineers with expertise in
- distributed computing and systems programming,
- web-based visualization and visual analytics,
- informatics and data analysis and integration, and
- bioinformatics application areas such as re-sequencing, de novo assembly, metagenomics, transcriptome analysis and epigenetics.
