Automated AMPure Purification

Hello again!
Does anyone have any experience doing the AMPureXP purification of amplicons on a robot? Specifically, we have a Biomek FX with standard CleanSEQ and AMPure protocols. These don't match the cleanup protocol within Roche's amplicon exactly, but I'll be doing a second round of purification for better size selection. Anyway, I want to use the automated protocol to purify 96-well plates, and then use the Roche recommended protocol for size selection. Does anybody doing that?
