I am new to emulsion PCR machine. I know how the emulsion PCR works but I do not know roughly how many DNA molecules (after amplification) will be in a single droplet? In other words, what is the capacity of a droplet from emulsion PCR machine?
Also, are the size of the droplets uniform? or nearly uniform?
