hello Every one. I have two questions:-
1- I would like to use RNA-later media for tissue samples. I would like to know if later I can extract DNA as well.
2- I I would like to use NGS technques in the future. Does the phenolchlorpform is a good method for DNA extraction or will it later interfer with the steps of the NGS. If not which is the best cheap method to use?
