    They probably meant you can prep 6 samples a day. You would still only run 2-3 a day on the machine.

    I'm guessing Illumina is trying to attack the read lengths from what people are replying. The error profiles in PGM data is more flat than any Illumina data i've seen. You might get something similar with truseq 150 trimmed to 88bp.

      It would be really cool to get like the actual specs, how many reads are you getting per run on average and what is the error rate ??
