  • Do you know anyone selling any old ABI make sequencers?

My company is searching for ABI sequencers in laboratories worldwide (in any condition). If your lab has an ABI sequencer and you would like to sell it or if you know people from other labs who might be interested in selling theirs, please contact me. The following models are of particular interest to us:
    ABI 3730
    ABI 3130
    ABI 3100

Biagen would like to offer you a choice of a MacBook, iPad or Apple gift card for the reference of such kind.

If you are interested in selling your sequencer, please contact me via email ([email protected]) or phone (916-226-9165)

    hi friends
I've been using BigDye Kit for one year for ABI 3130xl genetic analyzer. But I decided not to use kit anymore. I want to use labeled ddNTPs instead. Because there are a wide range of labeled ddNTPs with different kind of dyes, The problem is that I don't know which dyes will result best. Could you please tell me which dyes are suitable to be used as labeled ddNTPs for ABI 3130xl genetic analyzer? I would be grateful if you mention the name of dyes ( for example TAMRA, ROX.. etc...) specifically.
